KEYFORT was established 2006 initially providing specialist support to individuals with brain injuries in the community. Since then the company has expanded and offers expertise and support provision to working in partnership with students with a variety of conditions at colleges and universities.

Having identified the business need to ensure their team’s knowledge and expertise were the very best, the company realised that they needed to invest in team training development.
RTC North is an accredited training centre delivering courses that will make a difference to businesses.
Six members of KEYFORT attended courses ran at RTC North. Using social media for Marketing, Sales and Marketing course, Bid-writing, Leadership CMI Management Programme and a CMI Team Leading course.
Training development manager at KEYFORT, Katy Folan, attended bid writing course as well as the Leadership CMI Management Programme commented: “I was interested in refreshing my management skills as I had taken on a management role with KEYFORT. The training was a good refresher, solidified my current knowledge and made me consider my current management style.
“My bid-writing knowledge has definitely improved, although I have currently not found any tenders to apply for I have ruled many out using the knowledge gained on this course.”
