Successful digital transformation is more reliant on leadership and strategic thinking than on technology.

Day 1 will be all about discovery and you will walk away confident in knowing how:

  • igital technology can drive key processes across your business.

  • Develop a productive and efficient business model that’s focused on delivering value to your customers.
  • Identify opportunities within your business
  • Understand how People, Process and Technology work together

Day 2: Execute

Day 2 will be all about execution and you will:

  • Learn why so many digital projects fail and how not avoid common mistakes
