Mark your Calendars: 2026 Tees Valley Showcase Announced

03rd Dec 2025
The annual Tees Valley Supply Chain Showcase will take place on the 12th February 2026 at Hardwick Hall, Sedgefield.
Following last year’s popular event which attracted nearly 200 attendees, the showcase returns to once again bring together beneficiaries and key stakeholders from across a variety of sectors crucial to the growth of the Tees Valley.
Beneficiaries will have the opportunity to explore the emerging project developments across the supply chain landscape and engage with industry leaders and key players within an open and interactive environment.
Delivered by RTC North on behalf of Tees Valley Combined Authority, with oversight from the Tees Valley Business Board, this event is part of the Tees Valley Supply Chain programme which aims to offer personalised support from business advisors and sector specialists to help beneficiaries address and overcome supply chain challenges.
A stakeholder village will showcase the depth of support and expertise available to businesses across the region. The event will highlight cross-sector opportunities in advanced manufacturing, energy transition, digital innovation, construction, and the Defence Sector (NERDSC). Attendees will also hear from key industry speakers, offering insights into collaborative opportunities and potential areas of future growth.
A popular feature of last year’s event was the Meet-the-Buyer sessions. Beneficiaries had the opportunity to take part in focussed 10-minute meetings with the buyers to pitch their product & service offering and seek advice on supply chain tendering and entry. These sessions were extremely well received, achieving an average value rating of 4.63 out of 5.
Next year’s event promises to be equally informative, offering valuable insights, practical takeaways, and direct engagement with industry leaders. Reflecting on last years’ experience, one delegate commented:
“The line up of speakers was excellent, some really impressive companies showing the real depth and strength of the Teesside marketplace and the opportunities in the supply chain were as wide ranging as they were impressive.”
There is an exciting lineup of speakers being finalised, with those confirmed to date being Tees Valley Lithium, SPIE Wind Connect, Global Underwater Hub, UK Docks and JDR Cable Systems, part of the TFKable Group. Additional industry leaders and experts will be announced in the coming weeks, bringing a broad range of perspectives on the evolving supply chain landscape.
Jim Barr, Tees Valley Supply Chain Programme Manager at RTC North, comments:
“We’re delighted to once again bring this unique multi sector showcase to the beneficiaries of the Tees Valley region. We look forward to connecting the businesses and stakeholders and encouraging them to take advantage of this exclusive opportunity to help grow and diversify their product/service offering. We hope they find it both a rewarding experience and a valuable opportunity for their businesses, and we look forward to engaging with everyone on the day.”
The Tees Valley Supply Chain programme aims to link local companies with world-leading organisations in the region, as well as encouraging the local business community to intertrade and take advantage of the funded support to help them diversify and access these wider opportunities.
Exhibitions, Workshops, Specialist Support, networking and events, alongside industry visits and an online exchange portal are all part of the support programme, which is fully funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen said:
"Save the date. This showcase is your chance to see the huge range of support on offer for businesses across our region.
“Every time we bring our innovators and suppliers together, good things happen. This event will show exactly how our companies can push on, win new work and back each other to grow. I want as many businesses as possible in the room, ready to make the most of the opportunities coming their way."
