KickStart is a 4 day programme to be held on June 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th from 9.30 am - 4.00 pm.

KickStart is a new business bootcamp, designed to get your new enterprise off to the best possible start!
You will be taken through an intensive business planning exercise with full support and guidance from professionals with industry knowledge and experience.
In addition to working through the practicalities of running a business, by the end of the programme you will have refined your business vision and product/service offer, identified your customers and how to reach them and will have an action plan to ensure your dream becomes a reality

Day One - 12th June 2017 - Making the Switch
Discovering drivers and barriers to success, individuals will explore the challenges and opportunities facing them when converting passion to profit. Individuals will consider the emotional, psychological, physical and financial aspects to running a business whilst assessing personal action planning. Risk analysis for the business will also be completed.
Day Two - 13th June 2017 - Practical Finance and Business Planning
Focusing on money matters, delegates will be introduced to raising capital, budgeting, reducing costs and financial control. Discovering the fundamentals of business planning supported by industry specialists and peer mentors.
Day Three - 14th June 2017 - Market Orientation
Individuals investigate all aspects of marketing, market orientation and customer demand. Delegates will review targeted market research and will investigate approaches to traditional and social media marketing and market planning. Delegates will review the importance of building and maintaining business relationships and have completed a draft business plan.
Day Four – 15th June 2017 - Business Surgery
Focusing on delivering the business message, participants will have the opportunity to pitch their business to our team of advisors who understand how to help businesses grow, find funding and build your network.
