Support for First Line Managers is a 3 day programme aimed at First Line Managers.
Giving key individuals the opportunity to unleash their potential as managers can be a real boost to productivity and overall organisational performance. Effective management training will ensure first line managers’ have the confidence and ability to manage teams, achieve targets and contribute to business excellence.
Day 1 23rd January 2018 - Introduction to First Line Management
Day 2 24th January 2018 – Being a Leader
Day 3 - Atendees are asked to choose at least one option from the list below. A member of the Training team will advise of the relevant date for this session in due course.
Successful completion of assignments and attendance at 2 initial sessions is required to receive Level 3 Award in First Line Management
Successful completion of assignments and attendance at 3 sessions is required to receive Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management.
Delegates can also go on to study for a Diploma in First Line Management. Please note, additional accreditation fees may apply depending on your individual circumstances.
**Eligibility Criteria and Costs**
Please note - This Level 3 course is fully funded through Skills Support for the Workforce funding (SSW) for eligible individuals/businesses in Northumberland, Tyne & Wear and Country Durham. If delegates are not eligible for funding to access RTC training courses, places can be purchased at full cost plus additional accreditation fees. Alternatively, RTC training courses can be tailored to meet your specific requirements or be delivered in house.
