Deb is a fully qualified HR and Employment Law Advisor. Dual qualified at Masters level in both employment law and HR, as well as being a Chartered member of the CIPD, you can rest assured the advice provided is both legally sound as well as tailored to your business needs. 

Since 2012, Deb has provided support to businesses across a variety of industries, including the care sector, legal sector, leisure, retail and professional business services. Deb provides quality, strategic HR and employment solutions to SMEs across the North East, including the drafting of bespoke policies, contracts of employment and settlement agreements, alongside day-to-day advice and support with grievances, recruitment and selection, redundancies, capability hearings etc.
