This month marks a major milestone in the life of one RTC employee, Sarah Hart, Director of Operations, who has dedicated 25 years of exemplary service and unwavering commitment to our company. Since joining us in 1999, Sarah has been an invaluable asset, contributing her expertise, dedication, and passion to various facets of RTC.

A Legacy of Impact

Over the past quarter-century, Sarah’s leadership qualities and collaborative spirit have influenced her immediate team and left a lasting mark on RTC. Here are some highlights of our collective achievements:

• Supporting Small Businesses: RTC has championed over 30,000 small businesses, fostering growth and resilience.
• Job Creation: We’ve facilitated the inception of over 10,000 jobs, contributing to local economies.
• Fundraising Success: Our efforts have raised funds exceeding £500 million, enabling innovation and progress.
• Innovative Products and Services: RTC has nurtured the development of 2000+ innovative products and services, driving positive change.
• STEM Education: For the last two decades, RTC’s STEM Hub has been at the forefront of education, impacting 76,000 students annually and engaging more than 1.2 million students overall.

Sarah commented: "It has been a privilege to be part of the RTC journey for the past 25 years.  I joined as a Project Manager in 1999 when RTC had just 18 staff. During this time I have witnessed both the opening and closure of the Regional Development Agencies, the opening and closure of the LEPS,  RTC’s first and last European projects, Brexit and the massive change in working practices forced upon by the Covid pandemic.
