RTC North Celebrates the Launch of Its New Leeds Office
13th Oct 2025
RTC North marked another exciting milestone last week as it celebrated the official launch of its new Leeds office at West Village, one of Bruntwood’s flagship developments on Wellington Street in the heart of the city.
The launch event, held on Tuesday 7th October, brought together clients, regional stakeholders, and partners including representatives from the West Yorkshire Combined Authority, the Yorkshire Asian Business Association, and the Federation of Small Businesses.
The evening brought everyone together in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere, where new friendships blossomed and old bonds grew stronger over pizza and beers.
Having been based in Leeds for several years, the move to West Village represents a significant new chapter in RTC’s ongoing commitment to Yorkshire and the Humber.
The new space not only strengthens RTC’s presence in the region but also reinforces its role as an active partner within the wider Northern ecosystem, connecting businesses, stakeholders, and communities to drive innovation and growth.
Andy Taylor, Regional Lead for Yorkshire and Humber at RTC North, said:
“This new office is more than just a workspace, it’s a hub for meeting clients, stakeholders, and partners. Being in the heart of Leeds means we can be part of the thriving local ecosystem, connecting with early-stage and high-growth businesses, and contributing to the region’s economic future. It’s also a clear signal of our commitment to invest in and be part of the Yorkshire and Humber journey.”
The move forms part of RTC’s wider strategy to strengthen its footprint across the North, ensuring every region benefits from shared knowledge, collaboration, and opportunity.
The Leeds base will serve as a hub for innovation, connection, and partnership, reflecting RTC North’s ethos of working together to deliver meaningful impact for people, businesses, and communities.
It will also play a key role in nurturing local talent. RTC North recently recruited two graduates to join the Yorkshire and Humber team, providing young people with a chance to begin their careers in a supportive and collaborative environment. This month, Chief Executive Jamie Ollivere, spoke about what the Graduate Programme and new chapter means for RTC North, our people, and the communities we support - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fh2qLBfDYd0
That focus on future generations is further reflected in RTC North’s plans to build on the success of STEMfest Yorkshire, which last year brought together 3,000 school children and more than 50 exhibitors.
RTC North aims to make the festival an annual flagship event, inspiring the next wave of innovators, scientists, and engineers across the region.
With the new office now open, RTC North is looking ahead to deepening its relationships with local authorities, combined authorities, and businesses throughout Yorkshire and Humber.
As Taylor added, “Our vision is for the Leeds office to become known as an open, collaborative space where stakeholders and businesses can come together, talk openly about challenges, and work with us to shape solutions that will drive growth and innovation across Yorkshire and Humber.”
