This fully funded programme is designed to help you take control of your time, lead with confidence, and manage your workload without burning out. Over four practical, hands-on sessions, you’ll learn simple strategies that actually work – and hear how other managers are making it happen too.

The UK government’s Autumn Budget announced a further £900 million of funding for local investment by March 2026, with a transition year administered throughout the former North of Tyne region by the North East Combined Authority.
