Julian Leighton started his career as a consultant driving around in an orange bus hence the name 'Orange Bus'. Julian partnered with Mike Parker to begin building an agency that they would eventually sell.

In this episode of Northern Spotlights Julian takes us right back to the beginning, including delving into his early life, growing up in the North, being arrested for doing graffiti, his first corporate jobs, and studying for a master's degree. All these experiences contributed to how he got to where he is today, having built the Orange Bus brand and exited the business.
