RTC strengthens marketing department with two new recruits

RTC North is excited to announce the appointment of Gemma Sanderson and Mia Harding strengthening the marketing department.

Marketing Executive Gemma will play a key role in the marketing for all programmes RTC currently delivers meeting objectives and working with teams across the north. Gemma brings to the team a wealth of experience and a strong skill set with over 10 years in marketing. Prior to joining Gemma was a Marketing and Campaigns Manager, in which she created and delivered engaging marketing campaigns for a range of products and services. 

This involved the delivery of marketing via a range of channels including email, websites, organic, and paid social. Gemma worked at Hays Travel for 13 years. She started her time in Hays as a ski holiday specialist after graduating from university with a Tourism Management degree. She found a strong interest in the marketing area of the business after enjoying studying the marketing modules in her degree and then went on to move across to the marketing department within Hays, commenting on her new role Gemma said: 

“I am thrilled to be joining RTC North at such an exciting time and look forward to seeing how my skills and expertise can contribute to some great results for the business.”

RTC has also tapped into the University of Sunderland Graduate Scheme and has appointed recent graduate Mia Harding as Marketing Officer in her first role in her chosen field. Mia studied a Fashion Marketing degree at Leeds Beckett University after completing A-Levels in Fine Art, Media Studies, and Business Studies. Mia added: "I am thrilled to be joining RTC in a role I am very passionate about and excited to be part of the team.”

Marketing Manager, Sarah Spence added:

“It is a busy time for RTC North, and I’m delighted to welcome Gemma and Mia to the team and look forward to all they will accomplish.”
