The Role
As a Junior Advisor, you'll work alongside our experienced advisory teams, delivering coaching, consulting, and improvement projects to small businesses. You'll be involved in a variety of exciting areas, including innovation management, productivity enhancement, technology adoption, scaling up, investment readiness, internationalisation, and supply chain diversification.
Responsibilities Include
- Identify potential client companies in collaboration with our marketing and advisor teams.
- Onboard new clients, gathering essential baseline data, company background, financials, key markets, innovation needs, and growth opportunities.
- Support advisors in comprehensively diagnosing clients' needs, working directly with senior leaders.
- Collaborate with business specialists and client companies to develop tailored action plans that drive business growth and innovation.
- Deliver expert support, working with colleagues and external experts as needed.
- Identify and help clients access suitable funding opportunities.
- Provide referrals to additional support resources upon completion of action plans.
- Monitor and report performance against targets and client impact.
- Contribute to business development through networking and stakeholder engagement.

Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field including Clean tech, net zero, AI, supply chain, decarbonisation, STEM.
