Gemma initially joined RTC with a summer graduate scheme as Data Cleansing Intern, underscoring RTC’s commitment to nurturing young talent and fostering the next generation of professionals.
Gemma, currently studying at Northumbria University in BSc Computer Science, made such an impression that RTC has extended the placement into a permanent position.
